Mitsuyado Seimen Ramen @ Starling Mall, Damansara Uptown

It's been long that I have gone for an amazing adventure of food!
Finally gotten the time and company to try out the most talked about food and that is Ramen!
There is a ramen shop nestled in the heart of Damansara Uptown is the Mitsuyado Seimen Ramen shop hails from Japan!

They pride themselves to be truly authentic and also creative with the offering of a Cheese version of Tsukemen. They also pride themselves to having great quality of noodles that are handmade and provide the best slurping experience for every diner!

The interior of the ramen shop is really interesting and spacious with a strong Japanese vibe that every slurp helps to transport you to Japan!
Their menu is rather extensive and features every imaginable style of ramen available in Japan..

Cheese Tsukemen
The main star of this restaurant is the Cheese Tsukemen!
There is a variety of options in terms of flavours featured in the Mitsuyado menu for Tsukemen.
There is also the option of choosing between small or large and the type of noodles

Do you know what is Tsukemen?
Tsukemen is actually a ramen dish that consists of a bowl of ramen noodles with a side of piping hot bowl of the broth. The ramen noodles are dipped in a hot bowl of broth.

For the Mitsuyado cheese tsukemen way of eating is that there is a bowl of melted cheese being poured in that huge bowl of freshly blanched ramen noodles and then you have the options of adding the slices of chashu or you dipped the ramen with cheese to the broth and lastly add in the chashu pork.
Overall, it is a time of creation and flavour combination experimenting when you are eating this tsukemen as you get to try out your favourite combinations in any way!
The noodles have a springy texture and the chashu pork thank goodness it wasn't very dry..

The Ramen that I ordered was the Roasted Pork with half boiled egg. This ramen is actually being categorize under the Tonkotsu ramen category of the menu..
For the ramen, you can actually choose the size that you would like to have for your ramen either Small or Large whereas the half boiled is actually an addtional topping which includes additional money and the price is shown below on the menu itself.

For me, I loved to have the ramen especially the Tonkotsu broth with that beautiful yolky center of the half boiled egg which the Japanese ramen houses are famous for!
So I had the option of the Roasted Pork Ramen with the half boiled egg.. The broth is quite decent yet refreshing and surprisingly wasn't extremely rich..
There was a fine balance between the porky flavours exuding in the broth and the salty aspect that would be very prominent if it wasn't carefully done. The chashu pork was rather on the thin side and it was just nice with that thin ramen

The only rice dish that we ordered from their rice section is the Mitsuyado Taco Rice which is one of the bestseller!
For a side dish, this rice has a huge portion which goes perfectly for someone with a huge appetite! This Taco rice is one of their classic rice that is a generous side with the loving toppings of juicy and cubes of roasted pork that was smeared with a delicious helping of spicy taco sauce!

The presentation of this taco rice is really attractive and mouth watering. In terms of taste, this rice is an amazing canvas for the juicy roasted pork which has an amazing ratio of fats and meat that can match well with that spicy yet cheesy texture of the taco sauce!

Gyoza
The final side dish that came after the rice is the Gyoza and it is the steamed type!
It was an steamed gyoza which showcases the clear flavours of the pork filling with that soy sauce..

Verdict:
Overall the ramen is nice with an intense broth

They are mostly famous for their Cheese tsukemen

Service was lacking and their app isn't very helpful in terms of ordering the food.
