Cosans Coffee @ SS15, Subang Jaya

Hey everyone! Sorry for disappearing for such a long time.. That time was busy preparing my assignments and dissertation.. Finally, All are done!

Its time for me to resume on the things I love which is food and coffee!

Probably you've heard about the Cosans Coffee cafe in SS15, Subang Jaya 

Last Friday I was there with Nic while finding a great coffee place and also that has a quiet ambience for the both of us doing the dissertation is crucial as during those moments we really need the peace and quiet to figure out what we supposed to add on.. Enough rambling about me and my days..

Lets talk about Cosans!

Cosans opened last year and its located the busy SS15 and the stretch that used to have the Crayon Burger (Yup!Crayon has closed down).. Well it is easily  being spotted as it has a huge sign of coffee and the whole exterior of the cafe is brown.. Their motto for their cafe is Believe in Great Coffee
They have an outlet in Solaris Mont Kiara

During our visit to Cosans, we were greeted with a very calm atmosphere and it is a modern, casual and quiet place which is ideal for everyone that want to have some quiet time with their coffee or just relax and have a catch up..

The overall interior of the whole cafe looks comfy and nice.. Rather happy as it offers a lot sofa's or lounges for me to sit and lazy around with my coffee.. Not to forget that, this whole cafe smells so good with its coffee aroma which my hair got the smell off after spending almost half a day there..

Now, the coffee! So for this visit, for me I had the cafe Latte and Nic got the Caramel Latte.. There isnt much coffee art involve but we were quite shocked with the coffee cup as it is such a Big cuppa coffee.. The coffee was well made no doubt about it.. Nic's caramel was nice too

We were feeling famished actually so we ordered their sandwiches to have a go.. Saw their menu which is rather extensive as it offers various types of sandwiches from roast beef to Salmon.. From their descriptions of each of the sandwiches, all sounded quite appetizing.. So it was rather hard for me and Nic to decide which to go for..

Finally, we decided on the Salmon for me and Roast Duck for Nic..

Nic sandwich came first and the roast duck just taste absolutely delicious with the fillings was rather generous which is good! The duck meat was quite juicy, tender and just the right smokiness.. Good combination with its other condiments and sauces.. There isn't much of duck in it but overall the sandwich was good..

Mine was the Salmon and it was slathered with a generous helping of the pesto which was a great combination between the salmon and the pesto, the pesto's basil isn't overpowering of the fish.. The salmon sandwich is great but I felt that there isn't much of a salmon there in the sandwich

They also do offer some desserts if you aren't up for a sandwich but it may change everyday so have a look at their display counter

Verdict: The coffee is well made and the sandwich is nice and filling.. Cant wait to try their other desserts and coffee
